How do I qualify?:
• Ability to communicate effectively to sell and build lasting relationship
• Standard reading and writing skills (minimum high school graduates
preferred; college/university students are highly encouraged to apply)
• Basic idea of mathematics; ability to determine the number of individual
things in a group or a unit
• Minimum 18 years old (18 – 25 preferred but others are encouraged to apply)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Ability to work under pressure and with competing priorities
• Willingness to work in alternative shifts and deal with customers of
multiple ethnicities
• Prior work experience in a supermarket or similar customer-facing positions
will be considered an asset qualification
Responsibilities:
• Score A+ by providing EACH customer with excellent professional and courteous
customer service
• Operate a cash register and promptly answer customer calls
• Play a key role as often the first point of contact with customers to build
and maintain “win-win" relationships by providing prompt and exceptional
sales and after-sales support
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency, good judgment and
sensitivity
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise of Rasona products, services, promotions,
and store policies
• Conduct general merchandising duties at store level, e.g., ensure that
merchandise is properly labeled and priced; replenish stock from the
warehouse; and ensure that all displays are secured properly
• Follow proper procedure for handling claims
• Maintain work location neat and clean and ensure safety and emergency rules
and regulations
• Be part of a culture that fosters continuous improvement by being proactive
and energetic in the work place
• Act as a Rosona ambassador by professionally representing the organization
in accordance with the value standards
A foundation training and orientation will be provided.
