Rasona Inc. was founded and Registered in April 21, 2015 as a Co-Operative Business with the commitment topioneering Grocery, Restaurant, Community Stores and Wholesale Business. Before this formation, the process had been started in early 2014. In May, 2015,Rasona Inc. started the process to lease a property located at 678 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K 2B5 to set up its business. From Oct 01, 2015, the 10 years lease term was started.The Total leased area is 9,775 sft and the area is allocated for the Grocery – 6,000sft, Restaurant – 1,500 sft, Storage – 2,075sft and 200 sft for the 5 Community Stores. Rasona Inc. is dealing a Wholesale Business from the same business location. Rasona Grocery (Business name Rasona Shopping Centre) business incorporates all types of groceries including local and ethnic items/foods. Rasona Restaurant (expecting to start on April 2016) will be based on Indian Cuisine with some Canadian-Italian foods also be added to the dine-in, catering and delivery lines. The slogan set up for the business is ‘Changing Choices’.

Initiated by Dr. SushitalChoudhury and SubrataPuruRasona Inc. was founded by 9 (Nine) persons and now it is a co-operative business for 49 people. The business is being operated by 9 (Nine) directors selected by the partners by direct vote for a certain period of time. Experiencedemployees from outsideshave been hired to strengthen and run the business properly and to make sure the best quality of services. The partners also have the opportunity to work as an employee or do their own business with Rasona Inc.
